Gaji vs Biaya Hidup

Dalam Bahasa Inggris disebut Salary vs Living Cost.

Dua hal ini adalah wajib untuk menjadi pertimbangan kita sebelum menerima suatu pekerjaan terutama diluar kota atau diluar negeri. Tentunya yang diharapkan semua orang adalah mendapatkan "gaji" besar dengan "biaya hidup" yang kecil. Namun tak jarang ini sulit didapatkan.

Berikut ini ada 2 website atau situs yang bisa dijadikan perbandingan mengenai "salary" dan "living cost".

Pada website ini, kita dapat melihat perbandingan pendapatan antara satu pekerjaan dengan pekerjaan lain. Kita dapat juga melihat berapa pendapatan suatu pekerjaan pada Kota atau Negara lain diluar negeri. Website ini dapat membantu kita dalam melakukan negosiasi gaji dengan perusahaan.

2. http://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/
Pada website kedua ini, kita dapat melihat perbedaan "biaya hidup" antara satu kota / negara dengan kota / negara lainnya di dunia. Faktor - faktor yang ditampilkan lumayan lengkap, mulai dari harga makanan, transportasi, baju, sewa apartemen, sampai juga ke biaya internet.
Dari situ dapat dilihat bahwa seringkali "gaji" yang kelihatannya besar, sesungguhnya tidak terlalu besar karena "biaya hidup" di kota tersebut juga besar.

Position Title: Infrastructure Premier Field Engineer - Manageability

Reports To: Premier Field Engineering Manager, SEA

Responsibilities:
Deliver a high quality customer and partner experience through timely and effective response and resolution to customers. Ensure the success of Microsoft products within customers' IT operations by providing deep technical skills for proactive and reactive delivery that involve technically complex or politically sensitive situations in large, enterprise-scale environments.
Provides strategic vision and guidance for successful implementation of customer solutions through developed trusted advisor relationships and successful integration of Microsoft products into customer engagements.
Collaborate with internal groups and teams, partners, industry (account teams, product teams, CSS, PFE, MCS, COE)
*Responsible for providing high-availability assistance and/or on-site requiring travel. Scheduled travel is expected to be more than 50%. Overnight travel is expected for critical reactive onsite technical support.

Experience and Skills Requirement:
Candidates must have 3-6 years experience in technical support within large network environments; have strong customer service, problem solving, communication skills and technical writing skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Must have solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals and with sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level
Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of nationwide team of engineers
Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments
Ability to enhance the technical expertise of peers via the development of product training, mentoring of new hires, and team content development

Primary Technical Expertise Requirements:
Must possess superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in System Center Configuration Manager and System Center Operations Manager in design and deployment, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting
The successful candidate must possess excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols including use of troubleshooting tools - scripting, resource kit diagnostic tools and packet sniffers and\or Netmon.

Secondary expertise in more than one of the following products:
Windows Server and Active Directory, Data Protection Manager

Education:
University degree, preferably in Computer Science, is required.
MCM, MCITP and MCSE strongly preferred. Will consider related field (or equivalent) experience.

Lowongan Network Engineer / System Engineer at Singapore

• Provide network support for data centers network build
• Internal network security including firewall rule settings, log review, perimeter security review etc.
• Internal network setup – setting up internal network/switches/router

Berapa pendapatan seorang Agen asuransi?

Bisa dikatakan pendapatan atau penghasilan seorang Agen asuransi adalah tidak terbatas. Komisi yg ditawarkan lumayan besar belum lagi ditambah lagi dengan bonus yg totalnya bisa jadi sangat menggiurkan.
Kita ambil contoh pengakuan salah satu Agen dari perusahaan asuransi yg seringkali mendapat penghargaan sebagai yg terbaik di Indonesia.
Pada tahun pertama dan kedua, seorang Agen akan mendapat komisi 30% dari total jumlah premi proteksi para nasabahnya. Untuk tahun ketiga dan selanjutnya komisi itu turun menjadi 5%.

Adapun sistem yg dipakai oleh pemasaran asuransi adalah semacam sistem multilevel.
Level I:
Seorang Agen dibebani target premi proteksi 150 jt per tahun. Ini bisa dicapai jika ia memiliki 15 nasabah dengan premi proteksi sekitar 1 jt per bulan. Perhitungan komisi yg didapat adalah sekitar 5 jt per bulan.
Level II:
Pada level ini seorang Agen akan naik menjadi Pra Unit Manager (PUM). Ia akan membawahi 4 Agen dengan total target per tahun adalah 300 jt. 150 jt adalah target untuk dirinya sendiri, sedangkan 150 jt lainnya adalah target ke 4 Agen dibawahnya. Perhitungan komisi yg didapat adalah sekitar 10 jt per bulan.
Level III:
Level selanjutnya adalah Unit Manager (UM). UM akan membawahi 2 PUM, 2 Agen lama, dan 2 Agen baru. Seorang UM tidak diwajibkan lagi mencari nasabah baru melainkan lebih kepada me-maintain nasabah yg sudah ada dan membantu para Agen dibawahnya. Target keseluruhan adalah 900 jt per tahun. 150 jt target sendiri, 600 jt target 2 PUM, dan 150 jt target 2 Agen lama dan 2 Agen baru. Komisi yg didapat mencapai 20 jt per bulan.
Level IV:
Sebagai seorang Senior Unit Manager (SUM), komisi yg didapat mencapai 40 jt per bulan. Ia akan membawahi 2 UM, 2 PUM, 2 Agen lama, dan 2 Agen baru. Total targetnya dalah 2,7 milyar per tahun. Perinciannya adalah 150 jt target sendiri, 1,8 milyar target 2 UM, 600 jt target 2 PUM, dan 150 jt target 2 Agen lama dan 2 Agen baru.
Level V:
Agency Manager (AM). Komisi yg didapat mencapai 100 jt per bulan. Membawahi 2 SUM, 2 UM, 2 PUM, 2 Agen lama, dan 2 Agen baru. Total targetnya adalah 8,1 milyar per tahun. Perinciannya 150 jt target sendiri, 5,4 milyar target 2 SUM, 1,8 milyar target 2 UM, 600 jt target 2 PUM, dan 150 jt target 2 Agen lama dan 2 Agen baru.
Level VI:
Senior Agency Manager (SAM) adalah level tertinggi yg bisa dicapai seorang Agen. Di level ini seseorang akan memiliki kantor pemasaran asuransi sendiri dengan pendapatan yg tentunya akan jauh lebih besar.

Liaise with site based personnel (surveyors and mining engineers) and assist with compilation of monthly progress claims, when required
Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator
Produce accurate and timely reports, plans and schedules, and troubleshoot problems encountered within the system
Coach and mentor Graduate Mining Engineers and Technical Assistants to ensure that they are being prepared to take on higher responsibilities within the organisation
Occasionally relieve for site based mining engineers when gaps occur
Other Requirements
Position based in Jakarta
Regular travel to Petrosea’s mining projects in Kalimantan will be required
Required to deputise for Senior Mining Engineer when requested

Lowongan Accounting Manager

PT Petrosea Tbk is an internationally recognised multidisciplinary engineering, construction and mining company which has been operating in Indonesia for around 35 years.
To meet current needs and in anticipation of our future growth, we are seeking 2(two) highly qualified person to join our team and fill the position of Accounting Manager and Joint Venture (JV) Accounting Manager, with the following qualifications:
Education:
􀂃 S1 (BS) Degree in Accounting from a recognized university.
􀂃 Post Graduate Studies in Finance or MBA would be an advantage.
Experience:
Applicant should have:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in senior role in the F&A department.
2. Excellent English – both written and verbal.

A. ACCOUNTING MANAGER
This position report to the Financial Controller and will work closely with members of various departments throughout the Company. The highest priority will be the successful oversight of the day-to-day accounting and take an active role in the month end close process, as well as providing support to Business Lines and Reporting Accounts Managers to ensure BL/Reporting objectives and timescales are achieved whilst complying with the F&A principles and standard operating procedure.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Review and assure accuracy of the accounting records.
2. Manage and direct the activities of accounting staff members.
3. Perform basic maintenance of general ledger accounting system.
4. Responsible for all banking arrangement and cash management.
5. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of F&A Standards Operating Procedure (SOP).
B. JV ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Reporting functionally to the Finance Manager – Mining. This role will manage the accounting function for a Joint Venture company which is set for rapid growth and will become a major business in its own rignt. Significant exposure to commercial and administerial aspects of the coal mining industry in Indonesia would be an advantage but is not essential. This is a Jakarta based role.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for all JV F&A requirements including: Review of joint operation / company set up, bank accounts, systems, taxation.
2. Intially assist to build and then manage a small accounts team for the JV – including some site personnel.
3. Responsible for meeting reporting requirements of the JV stakeholders.
4. Responsible for ensuring tax compliance and efficient tax planning of the JV. (Working in conjunction with the tax department and other functions).
5. Manage joint venture/ company administration activitie.
6. Manage day to day F&A operations for the JV – including reporting, analysis, forecasts, cash flow management, balance sheet management.
7. Understanding of the project risks and opportunities and be pro-active in risks mitigation and opportunity identification.
8. Research and ad hoc information as required by the JV and senior Management.
Other requirements:
Will require travel to project sites within Indonesia from time to time for short durations.
Team Oriented, Self motivated and ability to prioritise work.
Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
