Associate Service & Support Desk Officer ( ICT-SSD ) (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
1. Assist Services & Support desk Supervisor in managing services support and activities
2. Enable the Service Desk to deliver IT support services to customers with high level service of focus on customer service including technical support for desktop / helpdesk support
3. To assist the Services Supervisor in all other related duties that pertains to IT Service Group
4. Providing the first point of contact for services to the customer
5. Providing service to the agreed Service Desk charter, statement of work and SLAs
6. Managing Incidents and Service Requests throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Service desk environment, or relevant program
2. Experience in user support and customer relationship management
3. Good manner of communication to customer or users
4. Helpdesk support integrity
5. Analytical problem solving skills
6. Strong reporting and technical writing
