Marketing and Communications is looking for a highly qualified person for the CSR Coordinator position with the following criteria.
Male
Minimum S1 / bachelor degree of prominent university from Environment Engineering, Economy, Mass Communication, Psychology, Sociology or Cultural Science.
Experience
Min 7 (seven) years working experience at the same position or equivalent
Proven experience in community development and competency in participatory management
Role & Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for establishing the CSR policy, procedure and objectives for the Company, developing CSR initiatives, implementing CSR programs both in Corporate and Project levels and ensuring that all activities and initiatives relating to the community and the environment are consistent with and measured against the CSR objectives.
Key responsibilities include :
Mapping the priority stakeholders in areas in which the Company operates, implement relationship building with the priority stakeholders and initiate capacity building with the priority stakeholders
Developing CSR strategies, initiating and implementing Community Development programs at Corporate and Project levels
Advising the management with key community issues that can significantly influence company reputation
Other Requirements
Deep understanding of community initiative subject
Shows good people skills, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, maturity, understands how to approach / deal with communities, local govt, NGOs, and other stakeholders
Demonstrate ability in project development, design, implementation and evaluation
Demonstrate ability to build cohesive teams and achieve goals through teamwork
A self driven person and result oriented
Good command in English both verbal & written
The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta, however, will frequently travel to Petrosea’s project areas (mostly in East Kalimantan).

ERP – MIN260608b – Senior Project Cost Controller – Pakar Mining (National Staff Position – Band III Level 15)
The Mining business line is looking a qualified Senior Project Cost Controller with the following criteria.
Male / Female
S1 Degree in either Accounting / Finance / Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
Experience
Preferably with at least 4 years experience in either cost control or project reporting / accounting
Excellent communication skills – spoken, written and presentation
Proficient in using MS Office
Excellent business analysis skills
Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met
Presentation of cost performance reporting for the Monthly Report
Ensure all backup copies of project Cost data is kept for records
Utilise costing software and systems and coordinate with MIS when breakdowns occur
Prepare accurate invoicing for all work in progress and claims
Ensure recovery of all Project receivables in conjunction with the Project Manager according to the terms of the Contract
Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known
Other Requirements
Site based position at Pakar
Roster 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Effective communication between site departments and Jakarta based Project Accounts

The Mining business line is looking for 2 (two) qualified Project Cost Controllers with the following criteria.
Male / Female
S1 Degree in either Accounting / Finance / Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.

Role & Responsibilities
Utilise and maintain cost control systems, such as Avantis (Note: training will be provided)
Enter information into cost control system daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures using data collected from all departments at site and off site
Prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines
Accurately prepare budget forecasting and progress monitoring activities and reporting for use by the Project Manager in controlling project margins
Assist with monthly Progress Claims in association with Senior Mining Engineer and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
Prepare cash flow forecasts for the Project

The Mining business line is looking for 2 (two) qualified Mining Engineers with the following criteria.
Male / Female
S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognised university.
Experience
At least 2 years experience in mine planning and/or mine scheduling with previous software experience in Surpac, MineScape, MineSched or XPAC being advantageous
Excellent communication skills – spoken, written and presentation
Proficient in using MS Office
Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Mining Engineer in the development of 12 month mining schedules, 3 month rolling plans and short term detailed mine execution plans
Liaise with site based personnel (surveyors and mining engineers) and assist with compilation of monthly progress claims, when required
Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator
Produce accurate and timely reports, plans and schedules, and troubleshoot problems encountered within the system
Coach and mentor Graduate Mining Engineers and Technical Assistants to ensure that they are being prepared to take on higher responsibilities within the organisation
Occasionally relieve for site based mining engineers when gaps occur
Other Requirements
Position based in Jakarta
Regular travel to Petrosea’s mining projects in Kalimantan will be required
Required to deputise for Senior Mining Engineer when requested
