- Make planning, provides and develops policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines for the general operation of the IT Compliance Program and its related activities
- Maintains and manages day-to-day operation, when it’s needed, collaborates with other department ( Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) or External Auditors in order to ensure and confirm compliance with essential routines and controls are being appropriately implemented
- Monitors day-to-day operation and does a periodically reviews of the Compliance Program
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
- Develops and provides a periodically reviews, updates, revises policies & procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability & risk and consults with the Corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues
- Responds, develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, standards of conduct and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
- Proactively develop initiatives to introduce professional practices and organizational changes to enhance control effectiveness, efficient IT operating practices and internal customer satisfaction, based on continuation basis as part of new systems implementations or IT
-enabled business changes
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years experienced in IT, a minimum of 2 years in IT Compliance is preferred.
2. A solid understanding of I.T.I.L. or I.T.S.M. processes and Project Management skill.
3. Comprehensive knowledge and experience on IT Audit, ISMS, COBIT, ITIL, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan).
4. Have excellent skills in English language, written & verbally.
5. Hold CISA certification is preferable.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Attention to details, highly motivated & able to work under minimum supervision.
8. Team player & good communication skills.

Baru - baru ini pemerintah kembali menerbitkan obligasi ritelnya, yaitu ORI005. Masa penawaran di pasar perdana dilakukan tanggal 19-29 Agustus 2008.
Kupon bunga yang diberikan adalah sebesar 11,45% dengan pembayaran tanggal 15 setiap bulannya. Minimum pemesanan adalah 5 juta rupiah dan maksimum adalah 3 milyar rupiah. Adapun jatuh tempo dari ORI005 adalah 15 September 2013.

A. ACCOUNTING MANAGER
This position report to the Financial Controller and will work closely with members of various departments throughout the Company. The highest priority will be the successful oversight of the day-to-day accounting and take an active role in the month end close process, as well as providing support to Business Lines and Reporting Accounts Managers to ensure BL/Reporting objectives and timescales are achieved whilst complying with the F&A principles and standard operating procedure.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Review and assure accuracy of the accounting records.
2. Manage and direct the activities of accounting staff members.
3. Perform basic maintenance of general ledger accounting system.
4. Responsible for all banking arrangement and cash management.
5. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of F&A Standards Operating Procedure (SOP).
B. JV ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Reporting functionally to the Finance Manager – Mining. This role will manage the accounting function for a Joint Venture company which is set for rapid growth and will become a major business in its own rignt. Significant exposure to commercial and administerial aspects of the coal mining industry in Indonesia would be an advantage but is not essential. This is a Jakarta based role.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for all JV F&A requirements including: Review of joint operation / company set up, bank accounts, systems, taxation.
2. Intially assist to build and then manage a small accounts team for the JV – including some site personnel.
3. Responsible for meeting reporting requirements of the JV stakeholders.
4. Responsible for ensuring tax compliance and efficient tax planning of the JV. (Working in conjunction with the tax department and other functions).
5. Manage joint venture/ company administration activitie.
