Berapa pendapatan seorang Agen asuransi?

Bisa dikatakan pendapatan atau penghasilan seorang Agen asuransi adalah tidak terbatas. Komisi yg ditawarkan lumayan besar belum lagi ditambah lagi dengan bonus yg totalnya bisa jadi sangat menggiurkan.
Kita ambil contoh pengakuan salah satu Agen dari perusahaan asuransi yg seringkali mendapat penghargaan sebagai yg terbaik di Indonesia.
Pada tahun pertama dan kedua, seorang Agen akan mendapat komisi 30% dari total jumlah premi proteksi para nasabahnya. Untuk tahun ketiga dan selanjutnya komisi itu turun menjadi 5%.

Adapun sistem yg dipakai oleh pemasaran asuransi adalah semacam sistem multilevel.
Level I:
Seorang Agen dibebani target premi proteksi 150 jt per tahun. Ini bisa dicapai jika ia memiliki 15 nasabah dengan premi proteksi sekitar 1 jt per bulan. Perhitungan komisi yg didapat adalah sekitar 5 jt per bulan.
Level II:
Pada level ini seorang Agen akan naik menjadi Pra Unit Manager (PUM). Ia akan membawahi 4 Agen dengan total target per tahun adalah 300 jt. 150 jt adalah target untuk dirinya sendiri, sedangkan 150 jt lainnya adalah target ke 4 Agen dibawahnya. Perhitungan komisi yg didapat adalah sekitar 10 jt per bulan.
Level III:
Level selanjutnya adalah Unit Manager (UM). UM akan membawahi 2 PUM, 2 Agen lama, dan 2 Agen baru. Seorang UM tidak diwajibkan lagi mencari nasabah baru melainkan lebih kepada me-maintain nasabah yg sudah ada dan membantu para Agen dibawahnya. Target keseluruhan adalah 900 jt per tahun. 150 jt target sendiri, 600 jt target 2 PUM, dan 150 jt target 2 Agen lama dan 2 Agen baru. Komisi yg didapat mencapai 20 jt per bulan.
Level IV:
Sebagai seorang Senior Unit Manager (SUM), komisi yg didapat mencapai 40 jt per bulan. Ia akan membawahi 2 UM, 2 PUM, 2 Agen lama, dan 2 Agen baru. Total targetnya dalah 2,7 milyar per tahun. Perinciannya adalah 150 jt target sendiri, 1,8 milyar target 2 UM, 600 jt target 2 PUM, dan 150 jt target 2 Agen lama dan 2 Agen baru.
Level V:
Agency Manager (AM). Komisi yg didapat mencapai 100 jt per bulan. Membawahi 2 SUM, 2 UM, 2 PUM, 2 Agen lama, dan 2 Agen baru. Total targetnya adalah 8,1 milyar per tahun. Perinciannya 150 jt target sendiri, 5,4 milyar target 2 SUM, 1,8 milyar target 2 UM, 600 jt target 2 PUM, dan 150 jt target 2 Agen lama dan 2 Agen baru.
Level VI:
Senior Agency Manager (SAM) adalah level tertinggi yg bisa dicapai seorang Agen. Di level ini seseorang akan memiliki kantor pemasaran asuransi sendiri dengan pendapatan yg tentunya akan jauh lebih besar.

Tarif Pajak Penghasilan 2008

Berdasarkan UU PPh No.36 Tahun 2008, pasal 17 ayat 1a.

Lapisan Penghasilan Kena Pajak dan Tarif Pajaknya adalah sbb:

  • Sampai dengan Rp. 50.000.000 = 5%
  • Di atas Rp. 50.000.000 sampai dengan Rp. 250.000.000 = 15%
  • Di atas Rp 250.000.000 sampai dengan Rp. 500.000.000 = 25%
  • Di atas Rp 500.000.000 = 30%

Pasal 17 ayat 2 menyebutkan:

  • Tarif tertinggi (30%) dapat diturunkan menjadi 25% dengan diatur lebih lanjut dalam Peraturan Pemerintah.
  • Tarif PPh untuk deviden yg diterima WPOP adalah 10% dan bersifat Final.

Bagi WPOP dalam negeri yang tidak mempunyai NPWP, akan dikenakan Tarif PPh 20% lebih tinggi dari tarif normalnya.

Job Description
- Make planning, provides and develops policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines for the general operation of the IT Compliance Program and its related activities

- Maintains and manages day-to-day operation, when it’s needed, collaborates with other department ( Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) or External Auditors in order to ensure and confirm compliance with essential routines and controls are being appropriately implemented
- Monitors day-to-day operation and does a periodically reviews of the Compliance Program
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
- Develops and provides a periodically reviews, updates, revises policies & procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability & risk and consults with the Corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues
- Responds, develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, standards of conduct and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
- Proactively develop initiatives to introduce professional practices and organizational changes to enhance control effectiveness, efficient IT operating practices and internal customer satisfaction, based on continuation basis as part of new systems implementations or IT
-enabled business changes
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years experienced in IT, a minimum of 2 years in IT Compliance is preferred.

2. A solid understanding of I.T.I.L. or I.T.S.M. processes and Project Management skill.
3. Comprehensive knowledge and experience on IT Audit, ISMS, COBIT, ITIL, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan).
4. Have excellent skills in English language, written & verbally.
5. Hold CISA certification is preferable.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Attention to details, highly motivated & able to work under minimum supervision.
8. Team player & good communication skills.
