Job Description
- Make planning, provides and develops policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines for the general operation of the IT Compliance Program and its related activities

- Maintains and manages day-to-day operation, when it’s needed, collaborates with other department ( Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) or External Auditors in order to ensure and confirm compliance with essential routines and controls are being appropriately implemented
- Monitors day-to-day operation and does a periodically reviews of the Compliance Program
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board and Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
- Develops and provides a periodically reviews, updates, revises policies & procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability & risk and consults with the Corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues
- Responds, develops and implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, standards of conduct and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
- Proactively develop initiatives to introduce professional practices and organizational changes to enhance control effectiveness, efficient IT operating practices and internal customer satisfaction, based on continuation basis as part of new systems implementations or IT
-enabled business changes
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years experienced in IT, a minimum of 2 years in IT Compliance is preferred.

2. A solid understanding of I.T.I.L. or I.T.S.M. processes and Project Management skill.
3. Comprehensive knowledge and experience on IT Audit, ISMS, COBIT, ITIL, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan).
4. Have excellent skills in English language, written & verbally.
5. Hold CISA certification is preferable.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Attention to details, highly motivated & able to work under minimum supervision.
8. Team player & good communication skills.

Obligasi Ritel Indonesia (ORI) 5

Baru - baru ini pemerintah kembali menerbitkan obligasi ritelnya, yaitu ORI005. Masa penawaran di pasar perdana dilakukan tanggal 19-29 Agustus 2008.
Kupon bunga yang diberikan adalah sebesar 11,45% dengan pembayaran tanggal 15 setiap bulannya. Minimum pemesanan adalah 5 juta rupiah dan maksimum adalah 3 milyar rupiah. Adapun jatuh tempo dari ORI005 adalah 15 September 2013.
ORI005 dipasarkan oleh 18 agen penjual yg ditunjuk oleh pemerintah. Ke-18 agen tersebut jugalah yang memasarkan ORI004 pada bulan Maret lalu.

Senior Accountant - Reporting – Finance & Accounting – Corp. (National Staff Position – Band III Level 15)
The Finance & Accounting – Corporate is looking for a qualified Senior Reporting with the following criteria.

  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) or S2 overseas is preferable, major in Accounting from a recognised university.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the group consolidation accounting and reporting
  • Strong skills and experience with Excel & Word (min. intermediate level) or comparable spreadsheet & accounts packages

Role & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met
Presentation of cost performance reporting for the Monthly Report
Ensure all backup copies of project Cost data is kept for records
Utilise costing software and systems and coordinate with MIS when breakdowns occur
Prepare accurate invoicing for all work in progress and claims
Ensure recovery of all Project receivables in conjunction with the Project Manager according to the terms of the Contract
Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known

Role & Responsibilities
Utilise and maintain cost control systems, such as Avantis (Note: training will be provided)
Enter information into cost control system daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures using data collected from all departments at site and off site
Prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines
Accurately prepare budget forecasting and progress monitoring activities and reporting for use by the Project Manager in controlling project margins
Assist with monthly Progress Claims in association with Senior Mining Engineer and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
Prepare cash flow forecasts for the Project
Other Requirements
Site based position at Pakar

At least 2 years experience in mine planning and/or mine scheduling with previous software experience in Surpac, MineScape, MineSched or XPAC being advantageous

Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Mining Engineer in the development of 12 month mining schedules, 3 month rolling plans and short term detailed mine execution plans
Liaise with site based personnel (surveyors and mining engineers) and assist with compilation of monthly progress claims, when required
Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator
Produce accurate and timely reports, plans and schedules, and troubleshoot problems encountered within the system
Coach and mentor Graduate Mining Engineers and Technical Assistants to ensure that they are being prepared to take on higher responsibilities within the organisation
Occasionally relieve for site based mining engineers when gaps occur
Other Requirements
Position based in Jakarta
Regular travel to Petrosea’s mining projects in Kalimantan will be required
Required to deputise for Senior Mining Engineer when requested
